...HIGH RIP CURRENT RISK REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH LATE SUNDAY

* WHAT...Dangerous rip currents.

* WHERE...Walton, Bay, Gulf, and Franklin County Beaches.

* WHEN...Through late Sunday night.

* IMPACTS...Rip currents can sweep even the best swimmers away
from shore into deeper water.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Swim near a lifeguard. If caught in a rip current, relax and
float. Don`t swim against the current. If able, swim in a
direction following the shoreline. If unable to escape, face the
shore and call or wave for help.

...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM CDT /8 PM EDT/ THIS

EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Florida, including the following areas,
Calhoun, Coastal Bay, Coastal Franklin, Coastal Gulf, Coastal
Jefferson, Coastal Wakulla, Gadsden, Inland Bay, Inland Franklin,
Inland Gulf, Inland Jefferson, Inland Wakulla, Leon and Liberty
and Georgia, including the following areas, Brooks, Cook, Grady
and Thomas.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT /8 PM EDT/ this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water
crossings may be flooded. Area creeks and streams are running high
and could flood with more heavy rain.
